Review: The pan does an amazing job! - Definitely recommend. I made my best lemon blueberry bundt cake recipe and it came out wonderful. It needed a bit more baking time. I had to add 20 mins as I think its a bit thick but it bakes beautifully even all around and does not over brown! Love it.
Review: Ce « bundt cake » selon l’expression consacrée est une icône aux States. Malgré le prix prohibitif pratiqué en France, je n'ai pas résisté au plaisir de me l'offrir et c'est « just amazing» comme diraient les ‘ricains ! En + d’être incroyablement beau, son matériau (fonte d’aluminium enduite) permet une excellente cuisson des cakes et gâteaux ainsi qu'un démoulage aisé. Petites astuces piochées sur divers sites et testées : bien huiler ou beurrer et fariner le moule avant de verser l’appareil ; après l'y avoir versé (aux 3/4 max du moule !), tapez bien le moule pour éviter la création de bulles d’air qui léseront le décor ; et avant le démoulage, laissez-le reposer 5 - 10 minutes à la sortie du four. Sous réserve de bien respecter ces petites astuces, on se retrouve avec un gâteau bluffant tant en version salée que sucrée. Je glisse une photo du cake salé réalisé dont l'extérieur croustille ! Derniers points +++ : - moule garanti à vie sur le site du fabricant. Je précise que la contenance est de 2.4 L (info utile à mon sens et que je n’avais pas trouvée). - respectez scrupuleusement les consignes d’utilisation au risque de bousiller ce précieux moule !! On le lave à l’eau savonneuse, sans tampon abrasif surtout ! - prudence à la sortie du four, le moule est vraiment trèèès chaud (ajoute celle qui s'est brûlée !)

Ich habe die Nordic Ware Backform gekauft weil mein neuer Backofen einen Garantieausschluss für Silikonformen hat. Angeblich würden die Ausdünstungen des Silikons den Garsensor beschädigen und dieses Risiko wollte ich dann doch nicht eingehen. Nun gibt es ja Backformen ohne Ende und welche davon ist die Richtige? Optik & Haptik sollten eine Einheit bilden, das Backergebnis möglichst perfekt sein. Meine Wahl fiel schlussendlich und auch aufgrund der guten Rezensionen auf diese Gugelhupfform von Nordic Ware und es war nicht nur keine Enttäuschung sondern ein toller Aha-Effekt als der Kuchen unbeschadet aus der Form kam. Die Backform ist aus schwerem, wertigen Aluminiumguss. Sie liegt schon richtig gut in der Hand und macht einen viel robusteren Eindruck als jede andere Backform, die ich je in der Hand hielt und ich bin eine "jedes-Wochenende-Kuchenbäckerin" Mit einfachem Wasser ausgespült, mit Backtrennspray eingesprüht und den Teig eingefüllt. Obwohl das Rezept vorsah, dass der Kuchen sofort nach dem Backen gestürzt werden soll, hab ich mich an die Empfehlungen einiger Käufer hier gehalten und den Gugel erstmals komplett in der Form erkalten lassen. Dazu hab ich ihn auf eine Kuchengitter gestellt und zwei Stunden abgewartet. Die Spannung war groß - der Kuchen flutschte nicht nur reibungslos aus der Form, nein auch das filigrane Muster der Lilie war hier komplett und in jeder Stufe vorhanden. Fast zu schade um ihn hier mit Schokolade zu überziehen. Optisch ein absolutes Highlight, das auf meinem kleinen Instaprofil für ein großes Echo sorgte. Das wird nicht meine letzte Nordic Ware Backform sein, soviel steht schon mal fest. Bedauerlicherweise sind die Springformen dieser Firma alle nicht in der üblichen Standartgröße von 26cm Durchmesser zu finden sonst wäre die 2-te Bestellung schon auf dem Weg.
