Q: Are the molds reusable?

Yes! I’ve used them many times!

Q: Anyone know how much liquid resin these hold?

Sorry no idea as I didn’t use for liquid resin.

Q: Can these be used to make homemade soap using Lye?

I am not sure about lye but for melt and pour it was good but difficult to get the soap out.

Q: what are the dementions of each of the moulds?

The dimensions are listed in the picture here. They all fit in the palm of your hand. Not huge not small.
