For reference I am 29 years old, 5'6 ft in height, 150 lbs in weight and I bought the pink lemonade flavor. I never drink coffee and caffeine actually makes me feel not the best so I was a little nervous trying this; because of this I knew I was not going to use the full scoop. I used half the 1st time but even that was a bit too much, it made me feel tingly and it lasted until I got to work. I wake up at 5am to workout and finish by 6am-6:30am and I get to work around 8am and I was still feeling it up until maybe 11am. I started taking a little less than half the scoop with 1/4 bottle of water and IT WAS PERFECT! No tingly sensation, literally just woke me up and made me feel super energized and made my workout feel amazing! It's currently 8:46am and I don't feel it anymore so I'll definitely be taking the same dosage from now on! I recommend 100% for all the girlies who need a little boost and don't normally ingest any kind of caffeine! 8/10!
