These work very well but should be changed at 3-4 months depending on how much you walk. I do roughly 7500-10k steps per day and they last ~3 months before I feel the need to replace. Not good for slippery or wet conditions though. Just FYI **Q: is this shoes good for hiking?** A: No. I hike alot, 50 miles a week on average and these shoes lack lateral support for hiking. Beside the material is cheap so the uppers wear out quickly. **Q: Are they good for flat feet?** A: They have good support **Q: Are these shoes good for gym and workouts for a couple of hours a day ?** A: I work the heck on them.
