I used this product together with “ELF putty coloured under eye brightener”. I took a guess at which shade to purchase, and have to say it matches my foundation and skin tone pretty well. The concealer is easy to apply. I used the applicator first, but then blended the concealer with my fingers. I took note that other reviewers said that you had to blend it quickly, before it dries. I am not great at applying makeup, but I managed apply the concealer before it dried. It did a good job. My dark under eye circles were well hidden. The concealer stayed put all day. Even when I factor in the price of the under eye brightener, it is an awful lot cheaper than my regular concealer and has just as good results. I will definitely purchase this concealer and the brightener again. Just tried the “medium sand” shade. This was even better than the “medium neutral” shade that I tried first. It appears thicker and really easy to apply.
