The headphones are good quality. Well-built and strong, solid sound. I'm a software developer and work in a room with 5-6 other developers and we all purchased similar items (different colors only, I think). Everyone is very happy with their purchases 1 year later. The only complaint I'm aware of is one person plays music loud enough for it to "bleed" out of the headphones, but that's unusual and it really only bothered one person.Customer support is also excellent. Recently, almost a full year after purchasing, one of the tracks on the side of the headphone where the ear piece can slide to expand broke. I contacted their customer support via email. They asked for proof of purchase and a photo of the damage, then immediately shipped me a new replacement. No questions, no concerns, didn't want the old broken pair back. Just shipped me a new pair.Bravo to Bluedio for quick, polite, commitment to their warranty.

I have owned several Bluedio products and the performance of these is no exception. The sound is very good, especially for the price. The padded headphones are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and adjust easily to accommodate the wearer. Something that might be minor to some, the box that it comes in is really cool and everything is nicely packaged. (Presentation is important.) Which brings me to my next point: These headphones look very sleek, definitely do not look for free cheap. I like that these headphones fold up into their handy little hard case. (The case comes in handy...especially when you have small children and/or animals in your house.) I'm glad that Bluedio switched the charging port back to a micro, since most of us have an extra cord or two in our houses should the one that's supplied break. Speaking of something breaking, should something happen to your headphones, Bluedio offers a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. If you're looking for a reasonably priced pair of headphones with good, quality sound that are both visually appealing and comfortable to wear, definitely give these a try!As a side note: In today's society, it's hard to find good customer service. Any issues/concerns/questions that I have had with any of the headphones that I have purchased from this company, have been addressed and resolved within a day or two. The customer service representatives that I have encountered have been very professional, courteous, and customer-centric. But you don't have to take my word for it, try a pair for yourself and see.

These things are just awesome, give them a little time to break in and you will definitely enjoy them even more, they are super loud, battery life is fantastic, button layout is very intuitive and they are fairly comfortable. I recommend 3D mode for low quality sources because it does introduce some extra processing that cleans up the audio a bit and I also like that its not too aggressive, paired with my iPhone 7plus they are loud and very clear you can actually hear the lyrics, lips opening and breathing also I tried going full volume to check distortion and there wasn't any at all....highly recommend these.

I decided to buy these headphones in platinum color and I am really happy with the look.The platinum comes off with a very premium look, and nice finish although I need to be careful and be sure to wipe off fingerprints every now and then. I love these headphones over the past week of use and really can't believe how long the battery lasts. My android shows the battery life of all my Bluetooth headphones and these ones refuse to move down a bit even after several hours of use on a daily basis.Now with that said, I do use them for several hours every day and I love the feel first of all. They are not heavy at all, I was surprised how light they were. The sound quality is also quite impressive, the sound is very clear and the bass is not overpowering but plenty of bass for bass lovers. Playing it on low volume isn't a problem either, sounds are quite clear and I can still enjoy the music. The Bluetooth pairs really well and this is the first time in a while that I found headphones where I prefer or even really enjoy the sound via Bluetooth versus the inline cable.Overall a solid pair of headphones, looks very good in my opinion, everything works great and I enjoy the titanium look and lightweight feel with great sound. Only thing i could wish for was active noise cancelling but otherwise I love these more than any pair of headphones I've used so far

The first pair they sent me was used, fingerprints everywhere, cables laying everywhere, and the box was torn. The first one was definitely defective and they issued me a new set after I had to pay for shipping to return used new headphones! 3 days later I received a brand new pair wrapped in plastic this time. These were night and day compared to the first set! First set was nothing like the reviews on YouTube. They sounded awful and the Bluetooth was horrible! New pair though, bass hits hard and the Bluetooth sounds ten times better. I can't imagine the r+ having more bass than these. Couple of friends tried them out and they loved them.

There is some white noise if the volume is low over Bluetooth . I downloaded xplayer 3d app which allows me to adjust the bass and clarity of the music. I like the weight and feel of the headphones on my head. They seem to be a solid quality headphone and hope they hold up over time. Touched base with the company before I purchased and they we quick to respond and pleasant to work with.

Had never heard of Bluedio, but after some research decided to give them a try. So glad I did!!Stunned by the overall sound quality! - Bass is just right for my taste as is the mid/treble. They are a little heavy, but very comfortable to wear. These seem to be built to last!Linked to my tablet and phone with no issue, but connection via bluetooth to my Chromebook was sketchy (a Chromebook problem, not the phones) so used the supplied 3.5mm cable - very impressed with the quality again.These are a great set of cans!Very please with my purchase...............

Ordered the UFO’s Saturday morning and they arrived by 2pm the next day which happened to be SundayFirstly im a proper bass head and love the music loud loud hey were fully charged on arrival I like all sorts of music especially English hip hop was eager to see how loud they would go and was blown out of the water a solid crisp sound you know I read so many reviews on these and was dubious about the strength of the volume I was prepared to buy the Bluedio Victory or even wavz it-1 And UFO 2’s but you can no buy them and the next best thing was the UFO’s Which are obviously older, but I tell you one thing top notch sound quality and the ability to go really really loud I’m a gym fiend I don’t think these have noise cancellation I don’t need noise cancellation when I can just crank it up Greta design look really good. I’m A UFO fan now

Hey this was really expensive as for bludio. The Bluetooth worked for under a month and connection drops happened and now it wont connect to anything forcing me to use the cable. Which is great it can do that but not what a payed a bunch for. I usually recommend these and this company to everyone. Iv never had this issue with the cheaper models to which I loved. The aesthetics are phenomenal and sound quality is major when it works as your want. It's a shame because now I'm down a fair few quid and not the happy costomer I usually am..... Sad
