I did not realize all of my early extension was as the result of losing my wrist angle through impact. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Golf practice assistant *by L***G on April 21, 2026* It helps a lot with golf practice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Far, Pretty Good, Minor Improvements Needed *by B***A on June 28, 2022* I've used this three times during practice. The accompanying videos on their website are pretty good. The unit is easy to understand and has helped my striking so far. Likes: the auditory clicking sound when you set your wrists is good, and it does force you into the correct positions. It's pretty easy to re-set for your next swing too. Dislikes: the velco straps are too short and the slots that feed them are skinny. If they added an inch or two to the straps, you could loosen the straps to put it on. Instead I find I have to completely remove the strap and then re-loop it through the slot; it's awkward and slow. At $129 it's a bit over-priced as well; it's hard plastic, they have plenty of profit margin here.
