**Q: Would this go with our "new" used Bowflex?**
A: The workout poster is not for a Bow flex but many of the activities illustrated on the card could be adapted to being done on a Bow flex. Perhaps all of them with some being intuitive and others requiring modification.

**Q: Does this show how often each body part should be done?**
A: No, it makes no recommendations on when and how often to exercise or how many reps to do.

**Q: Can't they be printed horizontal?**
A: Actually, it is double sided Portrait on one side landscape on the other.

This poster is great! Easy to read, many exercises shown. Laminated nicely, I used double sided gorilla tape and hung it on my basement wall.
