I had to call the manufacturer to check. They told me 8 gallon……they worked 👍🏻 **Q: Is this trash can mouse proof?** A: I don’t think so. The opening between the lever and the body of the van is very small but a determined mouse could probably squeeze through. **Q: How many gallons does each bin hold?** A: I believe it’s 1.6 or 1.7. It’s in the description on line. Definitely 2 gallons or less. **Q: We lost one bin (left it at the dump). How can we get a replacement?** A: I love this product & would hate to loose a bin.
