I'm by no means in a position to give advice but shoulders are very susceptible to injury if your form isn't right. I haven't had any issue with stability. Occasionally there is a minor wobble, but that's more to do with form and my struggle to push myself back up from the dip. Overall, please with the product. It feels solid and can easily be moved out of the way when not in use. Compliment the product with some research about exercises and form to get the most from it.
