It is very comfortable to use it for a long hiking. By far this is the most comfortable Hydration pack that I ever used. It holds lots of water. You can fill half with water and it will keep it cold so you will be able to drink cold water during the hiking. This pack fits me perfectly and it is extremely light. Review: Great product for music festivals - I used this for Spring Awakening Music Festival (90° weather in June in Chicago). Was easy to fill, however I couldn't get the pouch back onto the hooks due to the small area used for it, and really no easy way to do so - but that wasn't a big deal. Water warmed up in the hose quit a bit, but water in the pouch stayed cooled for a handful of hours - which was good after making my way towards the front of the stages. The mouth piece at first was intermittent and took some finagling to get it to work, but after a handful of tries it worked flawlessly.
