However my wife got me these as a surprise for my birthday, I must say its been a pleasant surprise. The video quality for an upscaled set is great, yes there is some DNR but I'm watching on a 65inch LG OLED and this is best the shows looked compared with my dvd sets. The audio issues must have been fixed as I am on season 2 and I get full surround sound and it doesn't appear to be a bad sound convertion as voices only come from my front speaker and when there is gun fire or energy weapon fire I hear it from behind me in different directions. Sound is great from what I have heard so far. If you are a fan of this show don't let the negative reviews put you off. It’s super ….just a small criticism box for discs is not ideal as getting each one out without fingers all over them is hard ### ⭐⭐⭐ Comoact wallets and not standard blu ray cases and does not include Ark of Truth/Continuum *by B***! on 11 July 2024* Upgraded to blu ray as some of my standard DVDs were skipping so needed to get completed series 1 to 10. So far discs are alright from what I've checked so far, also you have to get Ark of Truth and Continuum separately as they are not included with the rest of the seasons that completed SG1.
