Review: I got this protector for my note10+. the protector is very sturdy; and very easy to install. (It is hard, unbendable). But no matter what I tried, I could not have the fingerprint reader to read my prints... I tried to "re-learn" the fingerprints, but it would not just pick up the fingerprints. Sending it back. Fingerprint reader compatibility was important to me... Addendum.. I tried the next day. I was able to register my fingers on the reader.. I'm not sure why it did not register the other day? Body water content ? Dry finger? I don't know.. but it worked.. Changing the ratings to 5 star

Other then the fingerprint fog this glass held up a pretty good while and took a beating as a mom of 3 toddlers. From 4 stars i am changing it to 5 because IT DOES ITS JOB and protected my phone. Here is a photo of the old case and trust me when i say there is no scratch on my phone. Can't really take a photo of the device im using for the photo lol Hope this review helps

**Q: Is this case heavy or bulky**
A: Not heavy at all, and it may 'seem' bulky but it's not. It makes the phone feel secure and doesn't inhibit the actions of the phone- except for taking picks with the flash.

**Q: Compatible with qi wireless charging?**
A: It  is compatibal with apple original charging cable.

**Q: Is the red & black case really red, or does it match the pink iphone 5c?**
A: it is red I bought it for my husband

**Q: Can you remove fingerprint circle?**
A: They ones we purchased did not have a fingerprint circle. There is a cut out for the camera but that cannot be removed.

I got this protector for my note10+. the protector is very sturdy; and very easy to install. (It is hard, unbendable). But no matter what I tried, I could not have the fingerprint reader to read my prints... I tried to "re-learn" the fingerprints, but it would not just pick up the fingerprints. Sending it back.
