**Q: Can this be used to make cheese sauce? And I see the colour is not dark yellow?**
A: The cheese is a more mellow version. It might not provide the piquancy one desires in cheese sauce. For cheese sauce you may get better results with more mature cheese. 

I use Amul Cheddar  only as a table cheese. For that purpose, it rivals even English brands.

**Q: Is this cheese processed or unprocessed?**
A: This is natural chhedar cheese. You will more enjoy the sliced versions on bread/burger and block on the pizza and salads.

Good, no preservatives or other harmful additives like other cheese packs. Texture is smooth, easy to cut through but firm. Taste is salty but I liked it.
