Hopefully the video captures the sound differences adequately. Also, I did switch the roller balls since I found my M570 ball to be smoother than the M575 **Q: Are the switches higher quality?** A: To be honest, it is too early to tell. Logitech claims they have improved their selection of microswitches. The older M570 was notorious for their failure after 2-3 years of hard use. But it is too early in the product cycle to tell on this new model. As they supposedly use the same microswitch as in their MX Ergo (and more of the reviews there talked about the M570 switch failure) I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now. What IS telling is that Logitech has shortened their warranty to just 1 year.
