I'd recommend watching a video on YT by Dr Eric Berg to get some good background and info on this supplement, the benefits are amazing and there's years of research behind it to support. I love that this company has produced it with no nasties and also a good dosage with a 2 month supply! Great value for money, and I'm a fan of this company.

This product is the only one I felt compelled to buy because it seem to have proper ingredients. Only been taking it for the last two weeks, I'm not sure how well it is working until I do my next blood test but I'm happy to be taking it with the hope that it is helping with my liver salts.

Regular sized capsules in length and a little fatter than some. Easy to swallow.No adverse reactions have been experienced from taking this supplement.It's hard to quantify how beneficial it is for me because I don't have blood work to show a difference; and physically and mentally any changes could (also) be down to various other factors.

I have been taking the TUDCA for just a little over one week and I have already noticed the difference. Overall improved feeling of well being and has reduced rosacea redness and symptoms. Great so far!

Good value Tudca supplement. Great for liver support, this is a good formula and seems to be making a difference. Easy to take pills.
