Review: Replaces camera battery and powers it with 120v AC - It powers my Canon DSLR camera with AC instead of the camera battery. The camera battery can be depleted with long exposures, so powering the camera with an external power source eliminates that problem. For me it would be better if it ran on 12 volts DC instead of house current, but I solved that problem with a small AC inverter. Works great, and the price is reasonable.
