The OCTA Versipack is a combat-ready waist bag designed to maximize usable space in a compact package and to provide comfort while standing, kneeling, or sitting down through its shape and contour.

Review: Just what I needed. - This is everything I was looking for. I desperately needed a pack I could wear around the gym and while running errands. This has turned into my everyday pack. It's proven quite durable. The strap itself is really wide and provides great support. The pockets on this this pack are great too. Just enough without being overkill. I carry my keys, wallet, phone, pens, note pad, key card, small flashlight, pocket knife, multi tool, and chapstick, with room for more. The material itself is quite durable. Typical quality from maxpedition. Let me address one thing as well, one reviewer noted that it's probably not the most waterproof bag out there and he is probably correct. The zippers are pretty big, which means that the flaps that should shroud the Zipper are agape. I have not tested this, but it seems reasonable to assume that under the right conditions somethings inside the bag will get wet. To me this is not a huge sticking point. Nobody makes a pack that has everything. I dont plan on wearing my pack in torrential rain, which is likely the kind of rain it would take to get your stuff wet. So I'll sacrifice a bit of waterproofing to get durability, comfort, fit and finish.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the best you'll ever find

Maxpedition is always quality craftsmanship! I've used Maxpedition kit for many years in Iraq, the stan, all over the Pacific and also with my Boy Scouts as we go all over the Rockies and the Apalachians. This Versipack holds more than you expect with several internal compartments and elastic keepers (perfect for pistol mags), and Molle attachment points. I've carried fullsize Nikon cameras, Pistols, MRE, Phones, MedKits and pretty much any other small Items and several of these items all at the same time. There is a zippered pouch that makes contact with the body and most people don't even see it. This is perfect for cash and other papers/ID's that you don't want out in the open. The top cover has a "sleeve" where I can either put my ASP or Gerber Combat Folder and it holds them tight, yet easily accessable. The Zippers are super heavy duty and will never fail. The Zippers also open from either side (two way). the fabric is stronger than you'll ever need and being in the Congo through the rainy season, my items were never wet, so I would say it is weather proof. The adjustable waist band is strong and won't fail. .This versipack is the superman of waist packs... so quit looking... just figure which color and order it. This is the one. Happy Trails Mate!
