Using this product for a Denon Heos 7 hs2, but a cheap wooden barstool works even better.

This product is the best speaker stand for the SONOS play 5 gen 2. The cord runs inside the stand so you dont see any cords. The clips hold the speaker in very securely. Even though it only hooks on the bottom and the top it is so snug that it wont fall out side to side either. I guess my only complaint would be that I wish the stands were taller. They are a bit short. However, I can't find really anything in the market for the SONOS play 5s that were any taller. Might have something to do with being top heavy. Lastly, dont buy the SANUS stands whatever you do! They dont secure at all to the stand and their stands actually ruined my speaker as it had a sharp piece of metal where the speaker is supposed to sit and I didnt notice when installing until I looked at the bottom of my speaker and it was scratched to hell. Definitely buy these over SANUS.

I bought two of these for a pair of Sonos Fives. There are products that will do the job for less. There is no mounting device on the fives, they sit on the stands as they would on a bookshelf. This product had an appeal for offering security to the fives when in a vertical position however this amounts to a Velcro strap that doesn’t do much nor does it need to as the fives are heavy enough to sit securely on their own in any position.The products that arrived were clearly used and repackaged. The materials are cheap but overall the stands are heavy and stable. If you do buy just use common sense in the sequence of steps rather than following the order of the instructions.. I had two shots at it and finished the second in a fraction of the time. The screws are cheap and a nonstandard size- they will strip easily. I had to use a wrench to turn one in.In the end the product works but you can get the same or better for less.

Compared Play:5/Five stands from cheap 35$ stands, Flexsons, Sanus, etc.When mounting the speakers horizontally, these Vogel 3305 stands were the ONLY stands that actually lock the Sonos Fives in place. The other speakers at best used friction to hold the FIVE on stand.Not very happy with the vertical mount option. I did not actually try the vertical mount option but did notice that it uses a loop of velcro to hold speaker.

The brackets don't line up flush with the horizontal orientation for the sonos play 5. The bottom "h" for the sonos play 5 is too small and doesn't fit, you need to use the bracket for the hero 5 which allow the sonos play 5 to sit loosely on the stand. The top bracket also doesn't sit flush there is a lot of wiggle room. The Mount is secure enough to move the stand and speaker together if you pick it up by the stand. If you pick up the speaker it pops right out.Maybe this would fit the old Sonos play 5 NOT the new one. Do not recommend.
