Cleared my blocked nose fast. My son advised me to get some of this spray as I've been struggling to breath in bed at night with my current cold. He's been using it for years and swears by it, he always has some in, but it's not hygienic to share, so I had to get my own.My son keeps it by his bed, he uses it before going to sleep and then again whenever he wakes up stuffed up, so that's what I'm going to do, too. He says that a bottle lasts for a long time, and I don't think that it's particularly expensive, either, so good value to just have in, we both think.

My nose is often stuffy and this amazing product clears it in seconds! Amazon’s price on this is well over £1 cheaper than buying it in a Supermarket too! Although it’s a small bottle, it lasts for a long time as it mists, rather than sprays - so a little goes a long way!

This nasal spray unblocks my nose within a minute or so, which is a lifesaver when I’m really congested. It’s easy to use — just tilt your head slightly down, spray up, and give a gentle sniff to help it get where it needs to go. (Pro tip: don’t sniff too hard or you’ll end up tasting it in your throat — and trust me, it’s not pleasant.)The only downside is that if I use it too frequently, I definitely feel some rebound congestion or withdrawal when I stop. So I try to use it sparingly, just when I really need relief.Overall, it works incredibly well, but it’s one of those products you have to be careful not to rely on too much.

Works really well

For any allergen related hayfever or general head cold, a single spray into each nostril will clear head for at least 4 to 8 hours depending on the severity of your nasal blockage. The only detrimental effect iis that if used for more than about 14 days, it will have the opposite effect and cause your nasal passages to be irritated. (The bottle states no more than 5 days) but if used only once in the day and once at night, i have stretched this to 14 days and no adverse effects. The one called Vicks Soother is an alternative but could not locate it for sale on Amazon. Bottom line is, if you want clear nasal passages, use this. Other brands for me anyway are just not as effective. When buying 3 at a time, you stand to make a decent saving over high street prices, especially if you have Amazon Prime. The product is very easy to use. Keep head upright, and spray in. and by doing so, no after taste in throat with one or at most 2 sprays.

Sinex nasal spray is brilliant. It completely unblocks my in less than a minute. Sometimes when it's really bad it might take a little longer, but it still completely unblocks it for quite a long time. I would definitely recommend!!
