Have only been taking them a short time but seems to be working. Butt appears to be firming & lifting a bit. Used to take these awhile ago, was thinking of taking them again. I had stopped due to just getting fatigue of taking pills all the time lol also I just became disinterested after what I seen it do (or I guess, my fantasy of what I thought it would do wasn’t reality).I can’t explain feeling but I at least *felt like a warm swelling feeling to my butt area post taking them and also with movement/exercise. I think it helps wi the maintenance if you are also doing something else that would also enhance your assets. Unclear lasting or true results, that stem directly from using them, honestly.I also would stick to exactly the directions is says on the bottle as if you end up taking to much for you, you will feel sick (but you also will feel like you have a really big butt).

At the beginning I was somewhat incredulous of this product, but after almost two weeks using it I can notice a difference in the buttocks and hips, I feel seven more filler and I can even say that I notice a lifting effect. I don’t think this is good for me, it bothered my kidneys, it made me hurt and uncomfortable!! Beware of what you are putting into your system, or throwing your balance off. I guess everyone is different, but it didn’t work for me!! I stopped them after 14 days and starting to feel better, as they get out my system.
