## Description

The most versatile pan in your kitchen, the USA Pan Seamless standard loaf pan works perfectly for yeast breads, quick breads (banana bread anyone?), pound cake or even meat loaf (That’s right…we said meat loaf!). The standard loaf pan (8.5 x 4.5 ) is the right size for any yeast loaf recipe using 3 cups of flour (or just a bit less). Our loaf pan features a unique corrugated surface which provides air circulation all around for better browning, more even baking and super easy release. The loaf pan’s surface is finished with USA Pan’s proprietary AMERICOAT nonstick coating, a nonstick silicone - which allows easy release of baked goods from the pan and makes clean up a breeze. AMERICOAT is always made without PTFE, PFOA and BPA. USA Pan bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries. Steel for maximum strength and long term durability and aluminum for superior heat conductivity. Do not exceed 450°F (230°C). Please note, our bakeware conducts heat efficiently, which may require you to reduce the time and temperature as necessary. Hand wash bakeware in warm water with mild dishwashing soap using a sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. We recommend using only silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. My seamless pan arrived well packaged and shipped on time. Also, USA Pans makes a seamless loaf pan with handles if that is your preference. I searched, I found. I ordered my seamless loaf pan without handles and that is what I received. USING: Although it is not necessary, I lightly butter my loaf pan before placing the dough in for its final rise because I like the flavor and the ever so delicate crunch the crust has after baking, and every single loaf pops right out of the pan without ever taking any kind of utensils to it. Just gently tip it over onto your cooling rack and the bread falls right out! CLEANING: NEVER put your pan in the dishwasher! The harsh detergent will destroy the nonstick material on these pans, and don’t soak them in a sink full of water, either. I am often able to simply wipe the bread pan with a paper towel to clean the inside and I use warm soapy water and a soft dish cloth to wash as needed. With this pan, I let it dry in the warm residual heat of my oven. With the proper care, these pans will perform beautifully and look like new for years to come. STORAGE: I never stack my nonstick pans without placing a liner in between to prevent scratches, gouges and dents. I buy some pretty fabric and cut to size, no fancy hemming or anything, just a quick cut but, you could, also, use dish towels, cushioned shelf liner or what have you. It only takes seconds to put the liner in between but it’s worth protecting your investment. As I mentioned before, I have had some of my pans for a long time now and they are still like new and still popping out beautiful loaves of bread and other goodies. I am very happy with every USA Pan purchase! And OH YAH - MADE IN THE USA!

This is my most used baking utensil, and it can take a proper beating. Durable, heats evenly, and easy to clean (even steel wool doesn't faze it). It is an expensive product but worth every cent. I avoid non stick for baking utensils since it will require frequent replacing. I bake a lot, so it made sense to put money down for utensils that will last me forever.

I have been using USA Pans of many shapes and sizes for years now and absolutely love them! I love the ease with which my bread slides right out after baking. I love how evenly browned my bread comes out of the oven. I love how easy it is to clean these pans. I love that my pans look as beautiful as the day I bought them. BUYING: Check which box you click on when ordering. If you do not want the bread pan with seams - be sure to click on the SEAMLESS option.
