Back in the 70s when this kit was first produced you could buy motors and gears for it, but it just went forward with a on off switch. **Q: Do the tracks come in one piece or do you have to fix them together?** A: The tracks are rubber and are in 2 strips (one for each set of wheels) you have to fix together with a hot knife/screwdriver prior to fitting over the wheels **Q: Are these rubber tracks** A: Yes they are black rubber tracks.
