Fortified with vitamins and minerals will give you energy boost good on coffee, shakes to start your day. It does have a little sugar not much also good taste. This comes straight from the Philippines (several months expiration date) to US Mariana islands near Guam then ship where you live. Fair price considering the shipping cost (compared to lactaid milk).
