I must admit I was a skeptic until I actually tried using this, but it really does do a great job of working knots out of muscles.I suffer with very tight traps and this does a great job of loosening things up in my shoulders, neck and top of my back. The heated option is a great feature too, and I can really feel the difference after 5-10 mins usage.I've found that I can use mine whilst sat on my sofa, leaning back against cushions and wedging the device between my back and the sofa cushions. I haven't needed to use the elastic strap round the back of a chair.Let me be clear - it's never going to be as good as the real thing, and it's also a little noisy, but it's so portable, practical and cost effective that it really does make up for it, and it really does do a good job. Very happy with my purchase.

I have spent a lot of money on massages over the years as I tend to get quite knotted up around my upper back and shoulders. Since buying this Zillion massager, I haven't had the need for massage therapy! I love the heat option and the fact that I can use it on my neck, shoulders, back, tennis elbow and legs. You can adjust how hard you want it to massage by how much pressure you put on it. I love that it gives a heated, deep tissue massage and gets the blood flowing. I use it everyday and love it!Not only do I have glowing reviews for the product but I also do for the customer service. The power cord seems to have been misplaced in a recent move so I contacted the Zyllion company in California wondering how to go about obtaining a new cord. They sent a new one to me in the UK absolutely free!!! Amazing customer service!!!Thank you Zyllion!

So far so good, only had it for a week..

I wanted this massager for lower back pain relief and relief of shoulder pain. I have only used it for a short time, but it sure gives relief at the time of use - the added warmth is a bonus. I hope that regular use will extend relief or at least lessen the pain. This is such a well-made product that I have every confidence in its capabilities. It comes with a warning note - if you suffer certain complaints, ask your doctor if its OK to use this. A recent TED talk on pain said, amongst other things, that vibration helps numb pain, and that it may not necessarily be possible to eliminate pain but make it bearable/lessen its effect without taking opioids.

If your after an absolutely brilliant deep massage then this is the product for you and if your the type who prefers a lighter massage then distribute your weight properly and put less pressure on it and it will definitely do the job. I purchased this for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loves it! My husband has been suffering a lot lately with muscular pain and this massager has helped his aches and pains tremendously. I also suffer from back ache from time to time and i had a half hour session on this last night and it was amazing. It really feels as though someone is giving you a deep tissue massage and the heat mechanism really helps with soothing the muscles and relaxing you. The size is perfect for many areas of your body, my husband has been using it in his upper thigh, lower leg as well as his back and neck. The noise can be quite loud if your using it on your own neck because its so close to your own ears but there is zero interruption when someone else is using it or if your using it on lower parts of your body. If your looking to purchase anything along the lines of a massager then this product is a must have, i highly recommend it. Got this for an xmas present. Amazon UK and it stated UK bought products came with a UK plug, however, ot only arrived with a EU plug. Have messaged the seller about this and may edit review if this is resolved. Other than this, it is a good device and used by all.

Disappointment as item arrived with a US plug , although I could buy an adaptor at a further 8 pounds I doubt if that is compatible with UK safety requirements. Amazon should take this item off its seller list in the UK and Europe until it is correctly specified.

This product is Amazing but do not burn yourself on it ! It feels so painful but so so good. My partner and I love massages. Obsessed really. Having brought 3 previous massage guns that was so so, the reviews of this one tempted me and I’m never looking back. I’m eyeing up their full body massager chair next. Everyone is getting one in the family will be receiving these modules for Xmas and birthdays. It’s like we all know the tennis ball against the wall rolling and kneading your back muscles feels great. This gives you 4 rotating balls. It’s hard to position correctly but once you get the hang of it, it will change your life. Reviews nowadays are hard to trust. Trust this one ! If it’s not as good as I’ve said may the delivery service gods punish me ever after. Brilliant for pain relief.
