French patisserie must-have
A really solid patisserie reference with some incredible recipes. It does assume you know some basic techniques but quite a lot of it is illustrated with photographs and text (it is published in French). Highly recommend - Michalak is a master with flavours and textures and this is now one of my favourite books in my collection.
