I had seen a previous Canadian review about this fact (while I was waiting for mine to arrive!), which has since been removed(!) I bought an adapter/converter but it doesn't work in many of my plug-ins...its really hit and miss. Also the rotating brush barely turns and certainly not when I try it on a piece of my hair. Not happy about this as Babyliss is a good name but it doesn't make sense to sell this item in a country that doesn't use European electricity. The description doesn't mention this! Very disappointing. I was given a return label shortly after my review above, however, postage is not paid. Cheapest charge was $31 plus to return with no tracking capabilites and going by boat i 🤔 💭. I debated long and hard about returning it then as i may find it not only never arriving at its destination but not getting any funds returned either. To pay postage to be able to track it jumped up to over $50. I am surprised this is still available on desertcart.ca.
