The locking cable prevents the perspex from sliding out, due to the thickness of the perspex. The badge, on the other hand, is thin enough to be slid out from under the perspex and past the cable, it took me less than 20 seconds to remove it.If the perspex was one inch longer, with a hole to match the one in the metal, it would be a five star productMy solution was to superglue a lollipop stick to the underside of the perspex at the end where it meets the hole and this prevents the badge from being able to be manipulated past the cable.A small tack weld at the two opposite corners would be a great addition as well and this would go a long way to justifying the price.
