**Q: Would this be suitably effective to fix glitter to card art?**
A: I'm afraid not.  It's not a glue. It's used to hold a finished charcoal or pastel drawing in place

**Q: How many ml?**
A: 340.957 ml according to the internet

**Q: Does this dry matte or glossy?**
A: It dries with a matt finish.  It's very good, I have used it on charcoal drawings and once dry you can't actually tell its on the drawing.
