Briggs & Stratton 4194 5-Pack of Pinion Gear 695708

Put it on the starter of my John Deere LT166 and is nice and quiet. Replaced the starter with a reman and the gear that came with it was junk and was eaten away after a few months. If it happens again I suspect a bad spring that’s not strong enough on the top of the gear. A lot thicker plastic then the reman starter gear though. Will be set for the life of the tractor for sure. 10/10 would recommend if your gear is stripped out.

Ces pignons sont en plastique et s'usent tres rapidement. Important, les pignons 16 dents sont disponibles en plastique seulement. Ceux en metal ont 14 dents seulement et ne peuvent pas etre utilisés pour remplacer les 16 dents.J'aurais donné 5 étoiles pour un pignon 16 dents en métal.

Starter gear was stripped on a Murray riding lawn mower. Ordered these, fit perfect, had mower running in 15 minutes

Worth paying a little more for the original. No problems after a year.
