Not sure what mask art is, but iv never used and uncoat with this paint. **Q: Would this paint work on red doorstep tiles?** A: Hi. As with any tiles, a tile paint (or tile primer paint) would be needed as to bond with the gloss surface (if it is gloss). This paint I have used myself on a brick wall.
