Worth the Money
Well worth the money!! Bands are very strong and it came with many 3 weight sizes per each section on the board. I also ordered the 3 x 30lb bands too. Won’t be needing them for a while. Very comfortable board too. Definitely engages the glutes.

Don’t waste your money . Very flimsy .
Very flimsy ,have to be cautious where you stand in order not to flip order . Uncomfortable to sit/lay on and rubber straps have to be changed frequently from upper to lower body and glutes as same straps . Be aware seller will deduct close to $20 to return this item . Don’t waste your money !

This has been a great purchase, definitely worth the money. I love how they also have the Coba app where you have instructional videos along with workouts that you can try out. I was so excited to get this, and I am not disappointed at all. This is the perfect workout equipment for me!

didn't work for me
after seeing all the positive reviews I was really excited to get this board.the Coba training app didn't work for my area for some reason when I tried to download the app. it said not available for your location (USA)the set up was quite easy took me roughly 10 minutes.The board itself was light weight something else to move and store.The middle center dead-lift band was my favorite. However, I had to remove one of the resistance bands only used two instead of the three to able to use it. But the idea is nice that I can remove only to 1 band or use all 3 bands.The bridge band is excellent I think this is the best feature of this product.The arm resistance bands were a little hard to use meaning when I stood on the board and use it the board seems to move every time I used them.kick backs or anything that requires one leg of the board, it would move too much I couldn't use it. I had to put weight on the board so it won't slide into me.This product would have been excellent if it had some suction cups on the underneath of the board or make the board heavy so it doesn't move when doing leg workout. I wasn't aware that both my legs must always stay on the board for all the exercises. please be aware of that before buying.

The app is not available in the US
This is supposed to have an app that can help train you. It does not have one that’s available in the US. Seriously?! Also, there’s zero padding for knees. Like wow.
