## Description

desertcart.com : FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench, 1000LB Zero-Gap Foldable Workout Bench | 90° to -28° FID and Extended Backrest, Electroplated Frame & Transport Wheels, Bench Press Strength Training Exercise : Sports & Outdoors

## Features

- 【1000LB Heavy-Duty Support】 Ready to move beyond a lightweight, shaky bench? Built with 2 mm thick reinforced steel tubing, a 44.5 lb net weight, and a widened stabilizer base, this weight bench delivers the solid, planted feel lifters look for as the weights get heavier. Rated for up to 1000 lb, it gives you a dependable foundation for years of progressive home strength training.
- 【Adjustable Zero-Gap】 Fixed seat gaps don’t fit every lifter or every bench angle. This FLYBIRD adjustable weight bench lets you slide the seat forward or backward to fine-tune the space between the seat and backrest, helping keep your hips and lower back supported instead of settling into an uncomfortable gap. Whether you’re pressing flat or incline, the adjustable setup provides a more continuous, secure base so you can stay better positioned and focus on every rep.
- 【Fully‑adjustable Angles】 This weight bench for home gym features 8 backrest angles from 90° to -28° and 3 seat positions for flat, incline, decline, and upright training. The spring-loaded locking pin allows quick, secure angle changes, while 4 reinforced glide rollers help the backrest move more smoothly and quietly. Less sticking and metal-on-metal noise make it easier to switch between bench press, shoulder press, and other strength-training exercises without interrupting your workout.
- 【Extendable Leg Holder with 4-Angle Adjustment】 Slide the leg holder in or out from 8.27" to 10.24" to better match different leg lengths and body sizes, then choose from 4 angle positions to fine-tune where the padded rollers contact and support your legs. Whether you’re doing decline bench press, sit-ups, or core exercises, the dual-adjustable design helps you find a more secure, comfortable setup instead of forcing your legs into one fixed position. Wide padded rollers provide stable support and better control throughout your workout.
- 【Extended Fit for Tall & Broad Lifters】 Built for taller and broader lifters who need more room to train comfortably, this gym bench features a 31.5" × 11.8" extended backrest for fuller head, shoulder, and upper-back support, plus a 16.7" × 13.8" wider seat for a broader, more stable base. Accommodating users up to 6'7", the larger support surface helps you stay comfortably positioned during bench press and strength training, without feeling cramped on a short or narrow workout bench.
- 【Easy to Move, Fold & Store】 Built-in transport wheels make it easy for one person to move the foldable bench from one area to another. After training, quickly fold it to reduce its footprint by approximately 80% and store it beside a sofa, under a bed, or in other tight spaces—ideal for apartments and compact home gyms.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How about its stability?**
A: Hi! FLYBIRD weight bench uses high-quality steel, trapezoidal structure, 16in wide legs, strong double groove and reinforced knob. All these guarantee excellent stability!

**Q: Are the bands included?**
A: Yes they are included.

**Q: Viene con las elásticas que se ven en las fotos o hay que comprarlas por separado?**
A: La que yo compre no . Pero hay una que di de la misma marca, es 10-15 dolares mas .

**Q: Does this have resistance bands to do leg exercises?**
A: I haven't tried any leg work with the bands. I don't know if that would work well- trying to fit feet into hand holds. Maybe with some experimentation, I can't tell you more than that.
