Original quality from Sievert Review: Zero after sales support - I purchased the Easyjet 2282 in November 2025 and started having problems. The blowtorch only runs for roughly 30 seconds then the flame starts to diminish and eventually go out. If I turn the torch upside down this appears to improve the flame. I've tried several different, full gas canisters to no avail. After I stripped and cleaned all serviceable parts (I'm an engineering tutor), the problem still persists. After attempting to contact Sievert UK it turns out they've permanently closed operations, I've tried contacting them in Germany and Sweden but have just been ignored. It turns out the lifetime warranty is a joke as these torches are not cheap.
