Review: This stuff really works!!! - I purchased this glass compound to remove scratches left from a missing wiper blade on my 2016 Audi windshield. after trying 2 different "glass polishes" i said why not give it one more shot, i'm soo glad i did!! I used this compound with my griots garage 6" polisher and meguiars 6" glass polishing pads. at first it looked like it wasn't gonna come out like the other polishes i used before but i was determined to get the scratches out.. i bumped up the speed on the polisher and did numerous cross hatch patterns over the scratches. i then started to see some results.. it took me about 2 hours of polishing but the scratches came out!! I then continued and did the whole windshield.. my windshield looks better now than when i bought the car brand new!! i'll recommend this product to my mother or anyone who asks me or i hear has scratches on glass.. the trick is patience and a good polishing machine and i know the scratches will come out.. i never write reviews on anything i buy but this performed so well i just had to write one.. great job 3M, Great job!!!

**Q: Did this remove light acid etching to the doors you were installing, or marks to already etched glass?**
A: The product did not work for us. A painter had scratched the glass of french doors while preparing to paint them. It may have removed the scratch somewhat, but left a blurry window.We ended up replacing the glass

**Q: Has anyone used this product to remove scratches on ceramiglass cooktops and if so have you had positive results?**
A: I used this on automobile windshields to remove scratches from a broken windshield wiper and for glass in a car wash walkway that was chemically etched. I used a buffer to polish the glass. It is abrasive and if there is an etched or coated pattern on your cook top it will erase it.

**Q: Will this work on gorilla glass?**
A: Worked great on my iPhone

Bought this hoping it would remove vertical streaking on a car windshield. I tried a razor blade and clay bar, neither did anything. The lines were especially visible during rain. I thought the glass had been etched. Tried this on passenger side of windshield and it removed the vertical lines. See photo during foggy morning. This stuff is sticky and doesn’t just spray off, so be careful with spatter. I ran my car through a car wash afterwards and still had to hand wash. Next, I plan on masking car to avoid the mess. Dinged it a star due to high price
