I started taking the medication on Monday February 2, I took 2 pills because arrived in the afternoon, by Thursday I feel a big difference, the pain is not complete gone, but I have so much relief and is improving every day a little. Had all 4 recommended ingredients, Alpha Lipoic Acid, PEA, Boswellia Gun Extract, Benfotiamine (I read a lot before I bought). I took with a half cup of milk and then water because I have sensitive stomach. I know is a little expensive but give a try.

Taking this product produced an immediate burning sensation. There are a lot of negative reviews and reactions. Please do research on high dose vitamin B supplements before spending this much money. Maybe don't begin with the recommended dose. They say they have a 90 day money back guarantee but it's based on how much product is returned (pro-rated) and so far I haven't found a return address. UPDATE: I was able to locate the return number and they reimbursed me fully. This is the highest rated B supplement for nerves. Still do research on the toxicity of too much.
