Bought these to use for Zoom and other videoconferencing meetings on my laptop since using the built in speakers and mic is not always clear. If you use it for your laptop and your laptop has 2 separate ports, you might need to get a headphone splitter to ensure you are getting sound as well as being able to use the mic. If using it for your phone, you might need to get a USB C adaptor depending on your phone. Comes with several eartips for comfort and the entire product is in a very nice and sturdy zippered carrying case for maximum convenience. The earhooks ensure that the earbuds stays in place without it feeling uncomfortable while walking or exercising. It delivers quality sound and at a high level so you will never have to worry about not being able to hear. The volume controls works well and easy to use as it's just a matter of pressing the up or down button to your desired level. These are good ear pieces sound quality is ok but if you use with a mp3 player the jack part is really not compatible b/c if it turns a certain way on the mp3 device the sound decreases thus you have to constantly adjust the jack part
