Bought this to listen to my heart, but it hurts way to much and I can't get it in far enough. The doctors stethoscope doesn't hurt. Wonder what I'm doing wrong.

It was fine except for the loose probe that rattles around in its fitting. This results in a sound that is inconsistent from one test location to another. An otherwise good product ruined by poor manufacturing or quality control.

The earpieces are strongly sprung, so it feels a bit like it wants to drill into your ears while you're wearing them, and can be painful if you accidentally torque them up or down. The probe part rattles in the chamber part; I've never owned another mechanics stethoscope so I can't be 100% sure that that's not a feature for some reason, but it seems to make them a bit touch-and-go even if so. Having said that, I don't remember them being expensive, and they do allow you to hear inside what you're listening to, so might do the job for you if it's for a one-off-ish kind of purpose.

The unit functions ok, let me diagnose rattling and clonking noises from separate parts of my engine bay. However having gone for the most expensive of the 3 x units available on Amazon I am finding the Diaphragm section slightly clicks when lifting the probe and then placing it on the next section, ie it requires you to push down slightly to connect the rod internal to the diaphragm.

Very useful tool for advanced mechanics and people who dont afraid to put their hands in to their cars.

Como bien dicen algunos comentarios, la varilla tiene algo de juego pero, en mi caso, no afecta en absoluto a su perfecto funcionamiento. También es verdad que los auriculares aprietan bastante a los oídos aunque también pienso que, de no ser así, no harían el vacío necesario para no oir nada del exterior. De todas formas se pueden forzar un poco para que aprieten menos. A mí me ha funcionado perfectamente.

Wir haben das Stethoskop bereits in der Praxis testen können. Funktioniert gut und hat eine sehr gute Geräuschübertragung. Kann empfohlen werden.

Es handelt sich um ein sehr einfaches Diagnosegerät, welches ich sicherlich fachfremd einsetze in der Baubiologie. Ich glaube es sollte in keinem Werkzeugkoffer fehlen.

Parfait !!! Fait parfaitement son job. Le tuyau est suffisamment long pour être pratique et l'embout en deux parties permet un rangement facile.
