I've been using this toothpaste for over two weeks and I will say it's worth every penny. I've paid far more for toothpastes that are meant to give the same treatment that have barely done anything. This has improved the look of my teeth: they feel smoother, they look whiter, they feel stronger and look healthier. Also, my gums also look and feel much healthier too! In the spots where there was decaying (tooth edges where I struggle to floss) the dark spots have reduced, improving the appearance. Obviously, this won't make severe decay disappear, but early stages of decay this could improve with frequent useI'm not seeing much effect in terms of sensitivity or pain relief at present, but I'm sure over time that will also improve with frequent use.
