These lights are awesome. Only 1 complaint, and that is they get really, REALLY hot. Almost too hot to touch. Just keep that in mind if they are somewhere people/kids can get to easily.

These are very powerful Ultraviolet lamps and will very quickly charge glow-in-the-dark items as well as having the capacity to illuminate UV sensitive items not directly in the beam of the lights. I noticed this when fluorescent orange tools located behind the lamps were lighting up from the reflection. Fluorescent clothing items and even plain old white t-shirts become almost blindingly bright when subjected to the power of these lamps. Mounted strategically, they could be used in outdoor areas to detect creepy-crawlies that may be hiding in an area you plan to occupy later on in the evening. They do get hot fairly quickly, so be sure to mount them before use.

Worked from Feb until June and no longer will turn on.

Coming from a DJ. Backlights are essential for many events. These are fantastic and give great coverage in a small package. The do get a little warm, but that’s to be expected with this kind of wattage. Well worth the investment.

The lights work great and they’re bright. They do get hot to the touch and cannot be held for moving after they have been in use for 5 minutes.

These black lights are incredibly bright. Florescent things really light up and glow but it also provides an eerie light. It's well made and sturdy and the mounting brackets are strong.

I sprayed most of the Halloween decorations we wanted to highlight with clear UV paint and these lights make them pop. All the decorations at the front of the house looked great.

Loved them while they lasted .. these lights are great lit my basement perfectly for kids to hang out. The placement of lights is critical due to the fact they get extremely hot( if you have carpet/wallpaper do not put direct onto it will fade) after about 5 months both lights failed within a day of each other. I’m assuming it’s a fuse or circuit issue, could be a heat issue too. Gave 3 stars because of this but great while they lasted
