Well, it is THAT bad. Information is very basic down to the elementary school level, and the software is very "dated". Not what you expect in today's market of fast computers and large display monitors. The included medical dictionary is ok but the installation is like they are protecting Fort Knox. Again the dictionary user interface is very dated.
