This sauce has a nice depth of flavour - goes well with lamb - it does not provide a large volume of sauce, but you can add some water to the mix without it going to thin - you can always cook it down if you added too much water !I tend to follow the instructions up to adding the main sauce and mixing - then I put it in the oven with a lid on for about an hour on 150c - this makes the lamb very tender - though it would cook with chicken in about 20-25 minutes on a hob if you are in a hurry !

Made a lovely lamb curry with this! Very simple to cook with and very tasty!

I've tried quite a few of these kits and they beat any jarred curry sauce for flavour.
