The faulty one was refunded quickly & we upgraded to this slightly better one, it works well & would recommend it any day ### ⭐ Disappointing *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 August 2024* The scanner arrived with a lot of accessories and it looked good.But it was very difficult to scan with this device.It was keep loosing track, it couldn’t deal with simple changes (loosing the forehead when scanning someone’s head), used some of the dots on a bike frame but still was struggling.I tried it on sunlight, indoors with plenty of light and with directed light. Still didn’t work well.I sent it back and kept using my 8 year old photogrammetry scanner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing scanner that out performs many higher priced scanners *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 29 December 2024* This is an amazing scanner that out performs other scanners I have used costing thousands more. Close and far ranges make it one of the most versatile scanners for high end hobby/professional work. Very well made and presented. The software is amazingly user friendly with on board image processing or connected to a PC with revoscan installed. Can scan some dark models well enough. Battery lasts about 2 hours on a full charge or use the power pack that is available.
