Good flavor -though my fav flavor is the broccoli cheddar- and easy to take to work in place of ramen like I used to. Much easier on my stomach than instant ramen too. Smelled potent of cheese, and although a little off it tasted so flavorful and is packed with nutrients. Its just how good the cheese is its smelly becuase its preserved freshness, and the bowl of rice is filling.
