Excellent Quality Camera But Have 3M Strips Handy For Curved Screens
Very nice quality camera and very sturdy! Haven't heard any complaints from people listening to me about the quality of the microphone like some reviewers have noted. Since it has to sit up on top of my monitor, the shutters being part of the camera makes it a lot easier to cover it than trying to find a way to make a flip-down cover stay open. The picture quality is amazing, not just in low-light but with color correction since the lightbulbs in my office tend to make me look a bit yellow. I also like the ability to tilt it so people can see what's on my desk if necessary. While the camera is pricier than my old web cam, it's well-worth the money. My only complaint is the adhesive sticking it to the monitor seems to be a bit weak. After about a week, it started popping off when manipulating it. This was an easy fix with a 3M command strip. The only reason I'm not taking off any stars is because this could be the result of my monitor being curved rather than flat which is no fault of Logitech's.

Really nice!
Honestly $199 is a lot for a webcam. However, nowadays with remote work and interviews it’s an investment. Looks clear on camera and honestly looks really good. Nice solid metal feel to it too

Not Compatible with Windows Hello.
Misses 5 Star for lack of disclosure that this camera isn’t compatible with Windows Hello.Great camera, works with Teams without any problems. I just wish it would have the infrared sensor that allows you to use it with Windows Hello. I bought this because it says it’s compatible with Windows 11 — so I assumed that included Windows Hello. And given the fact that the previous Logitech Brio worked completely fine with Windows Hello, this was not an unfounded assumption. Logitech needs to put better information around this feature and this camera’s specific lack of compatibility with Windows Hello.

Great camera with AMAZING mic
This thing is perfect. My dog barking a few feet away doesn’t get picked up but my voice is always clear on the other end.

Support waited until after the return window closed to tell me to return the product
I immediately experienced issues with this camera, some of which were resolved while others were not. The picture quality would plummet mid-stream, autofocus would only work for a few minutes at a time, the camera couldn’t maintain connection with Logitech’s apps, and the camera screen would constantly flip.Still, my biggest issue was with technical support. Their initial solution was to mail me a replacement cord, which didn’t resolve anything. They refused to help me diagnose or troubleshoot any of the other known errors while it was in mail, despite there being a limited return window. The support team then recommended that I return the camera AFTER the return window had closed. All of this together seemed incredibly sketchy, as it felt like they were trying to avoid acknowledging the faults in their product until after they guaranteed they could keep my money.Incredibly disappointed in this camera and the company. Would not recommend.

Logitech MX Brio – A High End Webcam
When the pandemic started, like many people, I had to start doing online meetings. My primary computer, a Mac Studio, does not have a built-in webcam and reasonably nice webcams were hard to find at the time. Since I'm a professional photographer, I quickly learned how to use my digital cameras as a webcam. With a proper lighting, my webcam setup produces a great video image for meetings and YouTube videos. The only problem is it takes some time to set it up since I don't leave it set up all the time. I wanted an alternative that provided a very nice image but didn't take long to set up. When I saw the Logitech MX Brio, I thought I would give it a try.The MX Brio is very nicely made. It's small but very solid feeling. It has a built-in lens cover and some very nice features. Of course, the most important thing is the image quality. It's excellent! The sharpness and detail are outstanding for a webcam, especially if you use the HDR mode. It's great that the MX Brio can be quickly removed from the magnetic mount and then screwed onto a tripod. My only complaint about the mount is I would have preferred that it not use an adhesive to attach the mount to my monitor. I still plan to use my professional camera for online meetings and YouTube videos when I have the time to set it up so I would prefer to be able to move the mount out of the way. At this point, I've left the adhesive covered and the mount seems to be staying in place fine.Is the image quality of the MX Brio up to that of my mirrorless digital camera? No, it's outstanding but it doesn't match the quality of my camera. Of course, my camera and lens cost 10X as much. The MX Brio has a pretty wide view but, fortunately, you can use the G-Hub software to crop the image without much loss of quality. The software, available on Logitech's website, also let you adjust color, exposure, turn HDR on and off, etc.The microphones are okay for a webcam but I'll stick with using an external lavalier mic for better sound quality. The built-in mics will work in a pinch and, while better than most webcams, they're still not up to the quality I prefer.Overall, this is an excellent webcam. The big question is whether it is worth the price. For me, it is but it might not be to others. (I know plenty of people that are satisfied using low quality built-in webcams with their laptops so they're not going to spend the money for this.)
