Q: These say natural but when i received in the mail, the bag said made in China. Which is it?

Just because it's made in China does not mean it's unnatural LOL... China has natural resources as well as any other country on Earth. This question is not a nice question - it's offensive.

Yes, the beads can get wet. In fact lots of people use them to absorb aromatic oils for aromatherapy and such. So water should be fine. They will dry off without any issues.
