It’s tasteless, has made a marked difference in my mood, my focus, and overall health. The ingredients are simple and easy to see that it doesn’t include anything concerning. Always read the label before purchasing any supplements! I’ve had this on subscription for months now and will continue to as long as they make it. 10 out of 10 stars! Capsule is smooth, on thinner side, and goes does easy. I have noticed since starting this saffron an increased mood, decrease is appetite/sugar cravings, easier to & better sleep. I was taking an extract before this and it was too potent giving me headaches. I tried nonliposomal saffron and it was fine, but felt like I should have been getting better absorption; switching to the this higher bioavailability really helped. I would highly recommend if you want to try it and are not sure which product may be for you .
