Review: My favourite breakfast. - I love this stuff,to make it is so easy,can have it smooth and quite runny or thicker,so easy to adjust texture,can add things to it,lovely on its own,can't get enough of it,for breakfast anyway,lots of iron,and a few other essentials in there,carb count is higher and it digests so well so for a sensitive stomach it is perfect,only negative is if diabetic keep in mind,versatile goes well with many things,pricey but you get a lot of servings for the price,i do about 6-7 teaspoons with about 200ml water,you can't do heaped teaspoons as it's quite a heavy grain before it's made up,and as i said you can adjust the texture by just giving it a bit less time in the microwave,or a few seconds more,nice on the hob too but for convenience it's great just microwaved,2 mins in the morning and you're done,also it's very hot you may need to give it a minute to coold down after making. Review: Nothing quite like it - The last time I tasted this was probably about 1970 and I suddenly remembered it and had an urge. A little Googling found it and although it isn't cheap, it was worth a try to see if it was as good as I remembered.
