For the treatment of psoriasis 5% v/w Cutaneous Emulsion Coal Tar Solution The name of the active ingredient in Exorex Lotion has changed from Prepared Coal Tar 1% w/w to Coal Tar Solution 5% v/w. Exorex Lotion itself has not changed. Shake the bottle before each use. For external use only. Use: Exorex Lotion is indicated for the treatment of psoriasis. Directions: For adults and children over 12 years of age: Ensure that all areas of affected skin are clean. Apply a thin layer of Exorex Lotion two to three times a day to affected areas. Massage gently and leave to dry. For children under 12 years of age and the elderly: The lotion may be diluted by mixing with a few drops of freshly boiled and cooled water. Do not exceed the stated dose. Please read the enclosed leaflet before you start to use this medicine.
