**Q: How long can these be stored?**
A: I’m not sure, but they are dried so a good long time

**Q: What is its (the chipolte's) Scoville rating?**
A: As a general rule, chipotle peppers vary between 2,500 and 8,000 Scoville units.  The heat depends on whether you discard the seeds, stems and other inside parts.  If you use the entire pepper, your dish will be very hot — be cautious!

**Q: What is the nutritional content?  I'm looking for no salt and "spices" is a bit vague.**
A: These are  whole dried chili peppers.

**Q: approximately how many dried chipotle peppers are in a 4-5 oz. pkg.?**
A: There are around 45-55 smoky, flavorful, chipotle chiles in each 5oz bag.
